Recently I had the opportunity to share my Pro Bono ESD Academic-Industry Collaboration Project with Peddle Thorp and HSPC Architects before heading into the next client meeting.
I appreciated gaining more insight into the interaction and collaboration mindset, especially seeing how discussions can expand when everyone starts sharing ideas, questions, and possibilities. It is interesting being exposed to these moments, where conversations can become opportunities to discover new possibilities within the retrofit project itself.
This experience reminds me that ESD is more than just simulating energy demand. It also requires a pragmatic perspective that balances technical detail, operational reality, and implementation feasibility.
I really enjoyed further developing this project over the past few weeks with the support and guidance from with for sharing your insights along my learning journey!
